The rising cost of healthcare is a concern for all employers, large and small. One approach to reduce health care costs is to focus on worker wellness - encouraging employees to live a healthier lifestyle, thus reducing their need for major medical care. Not only can a focus on wellness reduce costs, it can increase morale, improve health, reduce workers’ compensation claims, reduce absenteeism, and increase productivity. Our doctors are available to visit your place of business to perform screenings, offer seminars, and provide ergonomic workplace evaluations – all at no charge to you.

Joint & Spine presented a seminar at one of our recent staff meetings, and it was wonderful! It was exactly what we were looking for and a nice break from our usual meeting topics. I absolutely think that people left the meeting having learned something they could use.
What I most appreciated, though, was that we didn’t feel like they were trying to sell us something. Sometimes, I’m leery about having guest speakers come to our meetings for that reason. But, the doctor came in, taught us how to work safely, and that was that. Their knowledge as well as their method of delivery were both impressive! The doctor was professional, timely, and, of course, everyone liked the food.
We really appreciated the seminar, and we look forward to having them come in again in the future.
